Loss of items<\/h2>\n

We have a safe for valuables; in case of loss of items within the accommodations, the company will not be responsible.<\/p>\n

Video surveillance<\/h2>\n

To ensure the safety of people, facilities, and property, this establishment has a video surveillance system.<\/p>\n

Purpose of Processing: To guarantee the safety of the facilities, guests, staff, and property, as well as to prevent illegal acts.<\/p>\n

Recipients: Images will not be transferred to third parties, except when legally required or when requested by law enforcement agencies, courts, or tribunals.<\/p>\n

Retention Period: Images will be stored for a maximum of 30 days, unless they must be kept for a longer period to prove the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of people, property, or facilities, or at the request of the competent authority.<\/p>\n

Rights: Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, erasure, restriction of processing, and other rights recognized by data protection regulations by submitting a request to the data controller, along with a copy of a document proving their identity. The right of access to images will be limited to protect the rights and freedoms of third parties.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/h2>\n

Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge provided you notify us at least 7 days prior<\/b> to your arrival date.<\/p>\n

If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit (40% of the total reservation cost) will not be refunded.<\/b><\/p>\n

Stay policy<\/h2>\n

Only guests previously registered at the property may access the accommodations.<\/p>\n

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations.<\/p>\n

To ensure a peaceful rest for all guests, a reasonable noise level must be maintained between midnight and 10:00 AM.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the property.<\/p>\n
