Reservations policy<\/h2>

To confirm your reservation, you must make a bank transfer equal to 40% of the total cost of your stay<\/b> as a security deposit to the following account number:<\/p>

Cancellations<\/h2>

Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge provided you notify us at least 7 days prior<\/b> to your arrival date.<\/p>

If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit (40% of the total reservation cost) will not be refunded.<\/b><\/p>

Stay policy<\/h2>

Only guests previously registered at the property may access the accommodations.<\/p>

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations.<\/p>

To ensure a peaceful rest for all guests, a reasonable noise level must be maintained between midnight and 10:00 AM.<\/strong><\/p>

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the property.<\/p>

    • Beach of “Carmen” is just a 3-minute<\/b> walk from the property. Supermarkets like Mercadona and restaurants such as Variopinto and El Tim\u00f3n are about a 5-minute<\/b> walk away.<\/li><\/ul>

      During peak season, parking in Barbate can be difficult. Therefore, we recommend the following free parking areas near the establishment:<\/p>
