We have a safe for valuables; in case of loss of items within the accommodations, the company will not be responsible.

Video surveillance

To ensure the safety of people, facilities, and property, this establishment has a video surveillance system.

Purpose of Processing: To guarantee the safety of the facilities, guests, staff, and property, as well as to prevent illegal acts.

Legal Basis: Legitimate interest of the data controller, in accordance with Article 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Recipients: Images will not be transferred to third parties, except when legally required or when requested by law enforcement agencies, courts, or tribunals.

Retention Period: Images will be stored for a maximum of 30 days, unless they must be kept for a longer period to prove the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of people, property, or facilities, or at the request of the competent authority.

Rights: Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, erasure, restriction of processing, and other rights recognized by data protection regulations by submitting a request to the data controller, along with a copy of a document proving their identity. The right of access to images will be limited to protect the rights and freedoms of third parties.

Reservations policy

To confirm your reservation, you must make a bank transfer equal to 40% of the total cost of your stay as a security deposit to the following account number:

Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive this transfer. We understand that some banks may take time to process payments; therefore, you can send proof of the transfer or a screenshot of your bank account details to the following email address:

Cancellations

Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge provided you notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit (40% of the total reservation cost) will not be refunded.

Stay policy

Only guests previously registered at the property may access the accommodations.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations.

To ensure a peaceful rest for all guests, a reasonable noise level must be maintained between midnight and 10:00 AM.

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the property.

  • As this is a newly constructed building, and to ensure a restful stay, we have high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation. Therefore, some interior areas may have reduced mobile phone coverage. We recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling on your mobile devices.
  • Beach of “Carmen” is just a 3-minute walk from the property. Supermarkets like Mercadona and restaurants such as Variopinto and El Timón are about a 5-minute walk away.

During peak season, parking in Barbate can be difficult. Therefore, we recommend the following free parking areas near the establishment:
