We have a 38m² apartment consisting of:

Double bedroom.
En-suite bathroom with shower.

Kitchen/dining area equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, air conditioner, coffee maker, refrigerator, and washing machine.
The couch bed converts into a 1.35m viscoelastic bed.
Terrace.

Additional information: Air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi are available.

Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.

This apartment is designed to accommodate two people; however, with the sofa bed, it can accommodate up to four people.

If needed, we can add a 90cm extra bed upon request and at an additional cost.

Children under 16 years old can stay in the room free of charge, but without an extra bed. If you require an extra bed, it is available upon advance request and at an additional cost of €20 per night.

Pets

We are delighted that you have decided to bring an important part of your family: your pet. We love animals and would be absolutely thrilled to have them stay with us and enjoy their time here. As a matter of policy, to ensure the well-being of all our guests, pets must always be accompanied by an adult while on the premises. While we have no doubt about your pet's hygiene, due to allergies and other concerns, we need to dedicate significantly more time to cleaning the accommodation for the next guest. Therefore, we charge a supplement of €10 per night, regardless of the weight or number of pets.

Approximate arrival time

Check-in: Our in-person check-in hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Access to your accommodation will be from 1:00 p.m. onwards. If your accommodation is available, you may be able to access it earlier. However, after checking in, you can leave your luggage at our facilities, and we will bring it to you when your accommodation is ready. We also offer online check-in. To do so, we will send a link to the contact phone number on this form where you must complete and sign all the information for each guest staying there. You will be given an electronic access code for the reception door. Once inside, you will find a numbered key box where you will need to enter another code to collect the two keys. One key grants access to the common area, and the other key grants access to your private accommodation.

Check-out: The latest check-out time is 12:00 p.m. You can leave the keys in the mailbox at reception and your stay will be considered over.

Reservations policy

To confirm your reservation, you must make a bank transfer equal to 40% of the total cost of your stay as a security deposit to the following account number:

Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive this transfer. We understand that some banks may take time to process payments; therefore, you can send proof of the transfer or a screenshot of your bank account details to the following email address:

Cancellations

Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge provided you notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel within 7 days of your stay, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit (40% of the total reservation cost) will not be refunded.

Stay policy

Only guests previously registered at the property may access the accommodations.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations.

To ensure a peaceful rest for all guests, a reasonable noise level must be maintained between midnight and 10:00 AM.

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the property.

We offer tourist and gastronomic information for the area.
As this is a newly constructed building, and to ensure a restful stay, we have high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation. Therefore, some interior areas may have reduced mobile phone coverage. We recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling on your mobile devices.
Beach of “Carmen” is just a 3-minute walk from the property. Supermarkets like Mercadona and restaurants such as Variopinto and El Timón are about a 5-minute walk away.

During peak season, parking in Barbate can be difficult. Therefore, we recommend the following free parking areas near the establishment:
